Pilates Mat Classes
STOTT PILATES Matwork will work your core like no other class. The class is designed for all levels focusing on core strength and flexibility, as well as arm, leg and back strength. No more than 12 people will be in a mat class so that individual attention can be given. Group Pilates Mat classes will incorporate the use of small props like flex bands, mini stability balls, toning balls, fitness circles, and stability balls.
Pilates Reformer Classes
Taking a reformer class will build your core strength, increase your flexibility and tone your upper & lower body. With other 500 exercises to learn on this piece of equipment alone, there is no room to get bored with these classes.
Private Pilates Sessions
Each private session is customized to your posture and fitness goals using the reformer, Cadillac, stability chair and barrels. Private sessions allows you to work on your personal goals and is tailored to your needs. Private is a great place to start if you are new to Pilates.
Post Rehab Pilates Session
This session will be customized toward your injury or weakness. The workout will be created with safety in mind and work you towards optimal functionality and pain free range of movement.
Total Barre Classes
Total barre efficiently blends Pilates, dance, cardio and strength-training specifically challenging arms, legs and core to strengthen and lengthen the body. Powered by energizing, heart-pumping music that makes you need to move, this class uses choreographed movement patterns with the support of a ballet barre to take you through a flow of high-powered sequences that will keep you energized and motivated.
